historic wine cellar dating back to the 15th century holds some very special treasures, which we would like to serve to you. The entire cellar of Hotel Elefant was built from stone blocks, and is ideal for storing and maturing the
finest wines.

IMore than 100 selected wines from different
wineries and winegrowers are stored in our wine cellar. Of course we place the main focus on local wines and grapes. However, the wine cellar also holds some renowned wines from nearby winegrowing areas.
Numerous South Tyrolean wineries offer interesting wine tasting sessions.
