We offer a vast breakfast buffet with fresh fruits, sliced meat, cheese platter, vast selection of muesli and dry fruit, yoghurts, different types of bread, eggs, jams, spreads, juices and tea & coffee bar.

We do not accept pets. Thank you for your understanding.
Underground car park
A free parking space in our underground car park is at the disposal of guests.
Internet
Stay connected: in the entire hotel area you can surf the web with your own laptop via Wi-Fi connection. The service is free of charge.
Smoking
Hotel Elefant and Hotel Tyrol are both non-smoking hotels. Outdoor smoking areas are of course at your disposal.

Ice-skating at the sports facilities of Ora is free of charge for our guests. In summer, guests have free access to the outdoor swimming pool of Ora. Furthermore, we will be pleased to organise a bicycle rental for you.
Payment options
We accept credit cards (EC card, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and cash payments. All previous price lists are invalidated with the publication of a new price list.
Prices
All prices include Vat of 10%. Eventally modifications of the visitor´s tax are not included.
Room availability
On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 3.00 p.m.
We request that the rooms be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Special room request
Whenever possible we will of course try to accommodate your wishes with regard to a certain room. Please inform us timely in writing.
Cancellation policies and fees
If your plans should change, you can cancel your booking in writing and free of charge up to 30 days prior to your arrival. For cancellations occurring less than 30 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, we can waive a cancellation fee, if we are able to rent the room to someone else. Otherwise the room will be charged according to the price list and period of stay.
In order to avoid unnecessary costs and hassle, we recommend purchasing our favourable
travel cancellation insurance!
